All products are shipped under a shipment contract, meaning risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance, weather disruptions, or other force majeure events.

Midcenturies ships to select international destinations. All international orders are subject to applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges may be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery and are not included in the product or shipping price unless expressly stated.

International shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs processes, and local delivery services. Midcenturies is not liable for any delays caused by international customs or clearance procedures.

Midcenturies may partner with third-party service providers such as shipping protection, product insurance, extended warranties, or financing. By using these services, you acknowledge that Midcenturies is not liable for any delays, errors, or claims related to third-party platforms or policies.

All issues related to third-party providers, including but not limited to Route, Mulberry, Extend, or Affirm, must be directed to the respective service provider in accordance with their terms of use. Midcenturies is not responsible for resolving claims or disputes arising from third-party agreements

When you register for a Midcenturies account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Midcenturies reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Contact us immediately at support@midcenturies.com. We may require photos, videos, and an unboxing video as part of the claims process. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund at our discretion. Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.

By using this website and providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Midcenturies electronically, including emails and on-site notifications related to your orders, account, or customer service inquiries.

You may also get promotional messages, which you can opt out of via the “unsubscribe” link. Electronic communications from Midcenturies satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

By placing an order, you agree to follow the dispute resolution policy below:

• Midcenturies will issue $10 store credit for each late day if your order arrives later than the final estimated delivery date you provided at checkout.
• Custom-made and made-to-order products are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or charged back under any circumstances.
• Only full-priced items are eligible for chargeback disputes. Items purchased with promotional pricing, coupons, or discounts are excluded.
• Orders still within the stated delivery timeframe are not eligible for chargebacks.
• If you are unable to assemble the product, Midcenturies will arrange an assembly service within 7 days. You must allow this service to be provided before initiating a dispute.
• Minor cosmetic imperfections may be addressed with a free self-repair kit. Customers must attempt repair before seeking additional remedies.

• You must contact support@midcenturies.com or ceo@midcenturies.com at least three (3) times.
• You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package and detailed photos or videos of the issue.
• Failure to respond to three (3) consecutive communication attempts from Midcenturies will result in your case being considered resolved and no further action will be taken.

Customers agree to attempt resolution directly with Midcenturies before contacting any bank or payment provider. Fraudulent or premature chargebacks may result in legal action and permanent account suspension. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes or claims arising from your use of this site or any Midcenturies product that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules outlined in our Terms of Use. By purchasing from Midcenturies, you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in any class-action proceedings.
